Why did we create E2E Deal Insights?

We created E2E Deal Insights to provide insight into the fascinating world of M&A operations. Many other blogs and websites solely focus on the financial or legal side of the deal. We aim to broaden this perspective and also provide insight into the actual realization of the deal. Our focus extends beyond the valuation of the company to identifying synergies, valuating them, and showing how these can be captured in the real world.

Popular believe is that more than 70% of mergers fail. Although this is a common misconception, it remains incredibly difficult to make a deal successful on all levels and achieve the most out of it. Often because many companies believe that the hard work is over once the deal is closed. However, potentially the biggest part of the hard work only begins at that point. We aim to demonstrate what it takes to make a deal succeed and explain why even the best M&A operations specialists are not always able to make the deal a success.
